Oh my gosh you guys, it's been so long since I gave you an update on the DE-guns, but they're finally completed! (I ran into a lot of supply issues; it turned out that many of the parts I'd been using had been discontinued, so I had to scour the internet for replacements. Which took forever. ;n; )

Hi all! Hope your new year is going splendidly. Another DE-gun update from me is below the cut--this time with pretty blue LEDs and a base coat of paint involved. Much more fun than messing around with molds and sanding and such. ;D

Hi all! Any of you who happen to follow my Tumblr have seen this already, but I tried a new mold-making technique this week--one that is much easier to use, less toxic, and takes A LOT less time.

Silicone mold putty.

Hi again, darlings! So, hmm. How to begin...? Well, the DE-gun demolding (lolol that should be a setting) went well, but other things...didn't. XD I had to completely destroy the mold shell I made yesterday, for one thing, and ended up slightly injuring myself doing so. And the plastic cast ended up...strange.
